USPS shipping: In order to offer diversity and choice to our customers we decide to provide USPS carrier service. USPS offer a better pricing especially on international shipping. It does not have tracking only deliver confirmation. The deliver time might go from 7 to 10 business days.

offers FREE standard ground shipping via UPS on orders over $150
for orders containing non-sale items (orders which do not qualify for
our FREE shipping promotion will still be shipped at a discounted
rate). Over sized and over weight items might not be eligible for free shipping.
Refund/Return Policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany
returns.
We accept returns for exchange or
refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items
must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The sipping is payed by the customer, it must be shipped through U.P.S and insured (price in invoice).
Definition of new,
unaltered and unused condition is:
-without
showing signs of wear or damage in any way
-within 7
calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
-must not be
a special order or a custom order
-unless noted
that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time
period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item
description.
If an item is received damaged please contact Customer Support immediately. Items
that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received
from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of
item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for
returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST
contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be
refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping
costs if seller is not at fault.

retornos. Aceitamos retornos para troca ou refundo 3 dias apos a entrega do
produto. Apenas a nossa descricao ap0s 3 dias, poderemos oferecer troca ou dar
um credito para outra compra. Todos os produtos devem de estar como “NOVOS –
condicao inalterada e nao usado”. Como definicao de novo, inalterado e nao
usado temos as seguintes condicoes:
Nao mostrar quaisquer sinais
de uso ou dano de qualquer modo,
Dentro de 3 dias apos ser
recebido (depois de 3 dias retornos nao sao permitidos),
A nao ser que seja indicado
que nao possa ser retornado ou tem uma politica de retorno diferente dos 3
dias, descrito no item especifico.
Nao pode ser uma ordem
especial ou personalizada,
Se
um produto for recebido com dano por favor contacte o Servico ao cliente
imediatamente (mandar mensagem pelo ML). Produtos que sejam defeituosos ou que nao tenham sido
encomendados pelo cliente ficam qualificados a um credito na loja ou refundo.
Os
refundos sao apenas efectuados apos a inspeccao do produto(s) apos recebido(s).
Caso
o produto queira ser retornado (nao para troca) e nao esteja danificado e
cobrado uma taxa de 15% - taxa de re-stock. Mais uma vez, caso queira retornar
um produto para a loja, deve de contactar a loja num prazo de 3 dias apos a
entrega. Produtos retornados para a loja e APOS 3 dias sem NOS CONTACTAR,nao vai haver REFUNDO.
O
cliente e responsavel pelos custos de envio, se o vendedor nao estiver em
falta. Aquando do envio, a embalagem deve de ser segurada (deve de conter o
recibo dentro da embalagem).
