Arrival Policy
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24
hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with your carrier.
We are more than happy to provide you with full assistance in this
unlikely event. Please note that orders cannot be returned,
cancelled, or rejected due to shipping delays unless express service
was requested at the time of ordering.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been
shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 25% restocking
fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or
refused due to delay in shipping or order processing
Shipping
Shipping fees are based on the merchandise dollar total of your
order and the fee schedule listed here. These rates apply to the
Continental US only. Packages are shipped by UPS Ground. Next Day
Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select, are also available at an
additional charge. Email for a quote. There is no sales tax added to
orders being shipped outside of Florida (FL residents will have 7%
sales tax added to their order total).
All items are shipped by dimensional or actual weight, whichevar is
required to be used by UPS Items such as some fluorescent bulbs are
shipped by dimensional weight while other items are shipped by
actual weight.

To Calculate Shipping
You can easily have the shopping cart calculate the shipping charge
by proceeding with checkout. Two pages after entering all your
informarion, you will see the shipping charge factored into the
total. If you want to proceed with the order click on the
appropriate button. If you wanted to know what the shipping would be
and do not want the order, click on the Cancel Order button and
nothing will be transmitted. |
